Our first spotlight goes to Mr. Josh Miller! 🌿
Mr. Miller has been volunteering his time and talents around our district for years — since at least 2016! He spends countless hours trimming hedges, pruning trees and shrubs, and sharing his expert advice to help us keep our campuses looking their best.

Session TWO of After School Spanish Club still has openings! 🌮 All money & forms can be turned into the Elementary School main office.
Our after school Spanish Club got to celebrate Dia de Los Muertos with Señorita Sue. They learned about an ofrenda and got to have their faces painted!

What a wonderful morning at Summerfield Schools!
We hosted our Fall Community Breakfast today, and it was such a great success! Our speakers shared valuable updates about what’s happening in and around our community, and it was inspiring to see so many people who make Petersburg and the surrounding area such an amazing place to live, work, and grow.
A huge thank-you to our outstanding student volunteers who helped make the morning run smoothly:
Elena Miller, Austin Taylor, Rylee Schiffler, and Claire Franzen – greeted our guests with warm smiles at the doors.
Jaeli Jones, Bethany Suydam, and Grace Raymond – managed check-in and name tags like pros.
Brea Olmstead, MaKenna Shipe, and Mia Samples – did an amazing job moderating the event!
