The newly passed state budget extends the Universal Free Breakfast and Lunch Program. All students will continue to receive free meals through September 2026!
🌟 Summerfield Schools is excited to once again partner with Care Solace to provide valuable resources to our community!

This FREE service connects students, staff, and families with:
✔️ Mental health providers
✔️ Substance use treatment
✔️ Social service supports

Student leaders in 3th, 4th, 5th, and 6th grades today met with food service director Libbie O'Connell, Mrs. Baur, and Mr. Ost today to share their thoughts on our breakfast and lunch meal options. These students shared what they like most about what is offered, what they wouldn't miss if they never saw it again, and their ideas on what changes we could make.

AP Stats had a blast learning about Scatterplots in class today. Students looked at explanatory and response variables such as, how the number of rubber bands affects the distance Barbie would bungee jump.

This week in Bulldog Sports Homecoming Edition -- September 29th - October 4th // Tuesday is the annual powder puff game @ 7pm. Wednesday is the Community Parade & Bonfire starting at 7pm. Friday is the homecoming football game against Hilltop starting at 7pm. Saturday is the Homecoming Dance from 8-10:30pm. In other news, Community Rec Sports, 1st - 3rd Grade Soccer plays on Tuesday at the VFW Hall. Saturday is a busy day for Rec Sports. Flag Football is at home with games starting at 8:30am. PreK Soccer is at the VFW hall and All Star Volleyball plays at Erie Mason with games starting at 8:30am

Return to school when fever, vomit and diarrhea FREE for 24 hours. Free from rash or itching (with doc note). Treated with lice treatment and checked out.

Summerfield Schools is operating on a 2-hour delay today, Tuesday, September 23rd, due to limited visibility and patchy fog throughout the district.

Summerfield Schools has our first half day of instruction scheduled this Friday, September 26th.

Students will not be eating in the cafeteria on this day, but we are offering a sack lunch option so all students have the opportunity to get a lunch before dismissal.

As are all lunches, the sack lunch will be free this month.

Half Day Dismissal Times:
Elementary - 11:55 am
Junior High & High School - 11:45 am
